Cancellation Policy

Deposit Policy All of our appointments are very important to us. This is time we’ve set aside just for you and we don’t want anyone to miss the opportunity to receive services. Prior to your appointment, we require a deposit of 50% of the service amount. This will later be deducted from the service fee. Cancellation Policy Life happens. Please provide at least 48 hours notice for cancellations and/or rescheduling. Last-minute cancellations or no-shows will result in losing a deposit fee. Running Late If you are running late, please let us know. The time you are late will be deducted from your scheduled time to honour the time of other clients. Guarantees At Lux Beauty, we strive to meet your needs by tailoring treatments to your specific skin type, and following all precautions and protocols; however, we cannot guarantee how your skin will react to any treatment, as every person’s skin and sensitivities are unique. Refusing to Treat In order to meet the highest safety standards of Lux Beauty, some treatments or products may be deemed inappropriate for your skin. Your disclosure of medical and treatment history are important factors in determining your suitability for a treatment plan. While we may refuse to provide specific treatments that are inappropriate, we will offer alternatives wherever possible.
